Health should be your top priority. Physical health is very closely related to your mental health. Go start running to keep your body fit, to increase your energy levels and most importantly your mental health. Various research has proven again and again how running enhances mood and increases energy levels. Some people even have written books about how running transformed their lives. if you're already into running you can skip this point. Don't take too much pressure on yourself, take required sleep.
figure out yourself, why are you studying or doing that particular thing. For example, like you're pursuing Btech/BCom/BA if there was no other option like most people will say. Then don't hesitate to explore yourself. Read books, see Ted talks, and interviews. if you have interest in what you studied, monetize your knowledge, sell it to the world.

Don't compare yourself with others. for example if you're in your mid 20s or late 20s and having an existential crisis. it's okay not done something substantial yet. Life is different for everyone people judge it's their matter. You know yourself so just keep doing.
Be Authentic. If you want to become a master in life you have to be creative and authentic. Yes there are many people who are successful but not original. Wise know them so you want to be admired by great people you have to creative and original. Become that person even haters will turn into admirers. if doesn't mean you have to think about impressing people it means if you have to keep going and genuinely provide value to people in whatever way. it's a matter of time Even your haters will become admirers.
Action is the best motivator. Don't watch too much motivational videos. They all same the thing but in different ways. Just do whatever you want to do, reflect, improve and keep going. no one can steal success from you.
Learn to live alone(for men). These days women are bombarded with hundreds of options everyday on social media and dating apps, so don't get lost in the crowd to get women. Build yourself first and you need to learn live happily alone, no one is coming to console you, only you have to console yourself, only you have to boost yourself, only you have to get your head strong.
Be unapologetic, not toxic. don't be embarrassed about your mistakes, everyone does that. Past is gone but there is line between mistakes and deliberately hurting someone. But there can be subjective discussion on this. Don't try to put too much thinking into what others are thinking.
Write everyday. Writing helps you clear out your thoughts and get it structured. Sometimes it may happen you don't want to write but you end up writing 1000 words sometimes you might feel that low you can't even write a single word. These days will keep you grounded once you start growing and start making your mark in the world. You would have so much depth inside which only you can understand.
